The Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam, NEW IN TOWN The Conservatorium is a beautiful, luxury 5 star, lifestyle hotel opened in December 2011. It will be the centre of Amsterdam’s rich cultural heritage and bustling daily life. The Conservatorium Hotel was previously a music conservatory, it was built at the end of the 19th century. The Conservatorium Hotel is bringing back the essence of this iconic building and guests will experience the exceptional hospitality. 2. Re-opening Scheepvaartmuseum At the end of October 2011 the ‘Scheepvaartmuseum’ reopened her doors for visitors. This famous museum shows how the sea has influenced the Dutch culture. With interactive exhibitions the museum displays the 500 years of maritime history. All history lovers are welcome, there will be several exhibitions for both children and adults. Next to the building outside, visitors can see a replica of the famous VOC- ship Amsterdam. The Scheepvaartmuseum has been completely renewed but still breathes history, it is a beautiful building in the heart of Amsterdam. It informs and inspires the professional by news, visions of experts, interesting projects, innovative products and it offers inspiring events. ‘Duurzaam Gebouwd’ is a complementary en interesting network for people and organizations who deal with sustainability. Gomagma organizes several study trips in the Netherlands for interested (international) parties in collaboration with ‘Duurzaam Gebouwd’. An example from our portfolio is the Innovation & Architecture studytrip. The Netherlands is known for her modern architecture. In the past few years several Dutch architect has won multiple prices for their designs.
In 2012 Gomagma will organize several study trips wherein participants will be able to experience and gain knowledge about the Dutch innovation and architecture projects. Participants will visit many architectural buildings and attend lectures given by professionals from the work field. Read more…
